- **Structure:** NUMBERED folders (00-99)
|
|
- **Sync:** Git-based (manual or cron-triggered)
|
|
|
|
## Folder Structure

| `70 - Reference` | Quick lookup |

## Conventions
|
|
- Numbered folders preferred (Anthony corrected twice)
|
|
- Check Mnemosyne before vault work
|
|
- Don't impose structure changes without understanding usage
