### 🔴 CRITICAL: defaultModel Was NULL
- **Problem:** `defaultModel` in openclaw.json was unset (`None`)
- **Impact:** New sessions weren't routing through Claude Pro proxy
- **Fix:** Set `defaultModel: "sub-claude/claude-sonnet-4-6"` 
- **Status:** ✅ Fixed

### 🟡 Cron Jobs Status
- **Morning Briefing** - Error on last run (delivery failure, model OK)
- **Weekend Briefing** - 3 consecutive errors
- **Weekend Planner** - model permission issue

### 🟢 Working Well
- Memory Viewer API responding on Tailscale (port 8901)
- Backup scripts in place
- Workspace structure clean

## Action Required
- Monitor cron jobs after defaultModel fix
- Investigate Morning Briefing delivery failure
- Consider restarting gateway to apply config changes
