- Medical emergency: Anthony fainted 4+ times today (after lunch, after climbing stairs, getting out of Uber) with vision/hearing loss each time, plus chest tightness
- ECG (Apple Watch): Sinus rhythm, 91 BPM, no atrial fibrillation - results sent to me
- Added Opus (anthropic/claude-opus-4-6) to Anthonys model selection options
- Anthony controlled Home Assistant lights (turned off all lights, then turned on bedside lamp)
- Anthony home and resting by evening
