Add Google Calendar birthday sync

Browse Source 
- Fetches iCal feed from Google Calendar
- Parses events containing 'birthday'
- Extracts names and dates
- Merges with existing birthday-tracker database
- Notifies via Telegram + Gotify when new birthdays added
- Runs weekly on Sundays at 10 AM
- Added 30 birthdays from Google Calendar on first run
